Personal Leadership & Character Development

Client: Augusta International School Senior Students

Skills and Proficiency: Personal Leadership, Character Development, Teaching, Impacts, Making a difference, Interpersonal and Training Skills. 

Platform: School Premise 

Purpose: To awaken the consciousness of participants to take up leadership positions, create new ideas and ideals to solving the problem of poverty in the world.

Process: Through design proposal writing and submission; and through development of course modules, we were able to instilled in the students, how to be productive individuals with vision before and after leaving the four walls of high school. The ideas behind the training was beyond dissemination of information but to awaken their consciousness in taking the lead in their futuristic spheres of life. 
While we were saddled with helping them in discovering their vision,  goal and purpose in life  and how to achieve it, we practically taught them on: Vision Analysis; Character Development; Testaments of Successful Leaders; Different Leadership Styles, and how to know their Leadership style; Creative Problem Solving; Entrepreneurship Skills; and Memory Growth Analysis. 
Towards the end of the training, we shared to them – two written (hard copy) articles – by Adeyinka Meduoye on notable subject matters to help sharpen their thinking process in achieving more.

 
Result: Tips on how to practically and successfully discover one’s purpose was known and achieved without leaving no stone unturned. This was appreciated and embraced by all
